Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

We are partner with trusted international carriers, including DHL, PostNL, DPD.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, high demand periods, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
European Union (EU). For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included where applicable in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available at the time of delivery:

The carrier may leave the package with a neighbor

A second delivery attempt may be scheduled

The package may be delivered to a local pickup point
- If a shipment cannot be delivered and the customer does not respond to carrier notifications or our contact attempts within 14 days, the package may be returned to LEO MAKANI.

Delayed or Failed Delivery
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Incorrect address information provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
However, we will always assist in resolving delivery issues to the best of our ability.
